Yogurt and Fruit Popsicle

Popsicles are a nutritional and low-calorie dish. They contain yogurt, which is a source of protein, calcium and vitamin A.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pitted cherries
  • 1 yogurt

Preparation

  1. Grind the cherries.
  2. Pour layers of yogurt and cherry puree into plastic cups.
  3. Stick a popsicle stick in each cup.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. Before serving, remove the frozen popsicles from the cups.
