Cucumber Roll

As a starter, snack or just “on the road”, with quality calcium from the cheese and a variety of vitamins from the colorful vegetables.

Quantity: 15-18 rolls

Ingredients

3 cucumbers
1 carrot
A stick of celery
1 pepper
½ kohlrabi
½ cup "white cheese"

Preparation

  • Peel the cucumbers and slice them lengthways with a vegetable peeler
  • Cut the rest of the vegetables into thin strips
  • Place a tsp of cheese on the edge of a cucumber slice, put vegetable strips on the cheese and roll
  • Repeat with all cucumber slices
