Quantity: 15-18 rolls
Ingredients
3 cucumbers
1 carrot
A stick of celery
1 pepper
½ kohlrabi
½ cup "white cheese"
Preparation
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them lengthways with a vegetable peeler
- Cut the rest of the vegetables into thin strips
- Place a tsp of cheese on the edge of a cucumber slice, put vegetable strips on the cheese and roll
- Repeat with all cucumber slices
