Ingredients
1 avocado
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 tsp lemon juice
Carrot
Pepper
Cucumber
Preparation
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit and mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl
- Add lemon juice
- Cut the carrot, pepper and cucumber into strips
- Spread the avocado on the tortillas and arrange the vegetable strips on it
- Roll the tortilla
- Stick skewers along each roll and slice between the skewers
