Herb and Dried Fruit Salad

• 2 packets parsley
• 1 packet coriander
• 1 packet green onion
• A few mint leaves
• ½ cup bulgur, soaked in lemon juice
• ½ cup dried fruits, finely chopped
• For the sauce: 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper


Chop the herbs and stir with the rest of the ingredients.
