  • Different types of sprouts (not small radish)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, cut into quarters
  • Handful of pine nuts
  • Handful of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of cranberries, preferably sugar-free
  • 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • A little black pepper


Stir all the ingredients and serve.
