- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, cut into quarters
- Handful of pine nuts
- Handful of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- Handful of cranberries, preferably sugar-free
- 2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- A little black pepper
