According to the copyright laws applicable in Israel and according to international conventions, all rights to the Ministry's publications, including those published in this service, belong to the State of Israel.

These copyrights apply, among other things, to texts, illustrations, maps, audio clips, video clips, graphics and software applications (henceforth: The Protected Material) unless explicitly stated that the copyrights to the Protected Material belong to another entity. 
 
The user may make "fair use" of the Protected Material, according to the rules provided by law. Fair use includes reasonable quotation from the Protected Material. 

Those quoting as stated above must specify the source for the quotation, whether it's the Ministry or another entity. Users may not make any use of the Protected Material that may falsify, damage or alter it or any other use that may devalue the Protected Material or damage the honor or the good name of the copyright holder. Subject to copyright laws, users may not copy, redistribute, rebroadcast or publish Protected Material without the Ministry's prior written consent.

Liability 

The service is offered to the public "as is". The State of Israel shall not be held liable for the service's compatibility to the user's needs. Furthermore, the State of Israel shall not be held liable for any mistakes or errors in the material presented in the service. The State of Israel shall not be liable for any changes made to the material presented in the service either by the user or by any third parties. 
The user alone shall be liable for the manner in which he or she makes use of the service. The State of Israel shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user or to any third party as a result of using the service, whether directly or indirectly, including damages caused as a result of software applications downloaded directly through the service or activated as a result of the use of the service, including Active-X, JavaScript, Java applications.

For the purposes of this article, "the State of Israel" shall be construed as "including its employees and representatives".

The State of Israel's official publications 

In case of any disagreement or discrepancy between the material published in the service and material published in the official written publications of the State of Israel, only the material published in the official publications above shall be considered true.

The website includes external links to website that do not belong to the State of Israel and are not under the control or responsibility of the Ministry of Health and/or the State of Israel. These links are only intended for the convenience of site users. 
Unless otherwise specified on this website, the Ministry does not have any legal or commercial relations with the owners of the linked websites, and the Ministry does not have any control or right to the materials on these websites, and the State shall not be liable to the content of materials found in said websites. 

Links to external websites should not construed as approval, confirmation, recommendation or preference by either the State or the Ministry to the linked websites or to their operators, owners or creators, including documents and any other material found in them or products presented in them.

At the time of inclusion of each link in the Ministry of Health's website, the information found in the linked website was deemed suitable for the general purposes of providing citizens with information on health-related issues, and that the link itself is intact. However, it may be possible that over time changes have occurred in the linked website.
