Kiwi-Watermelon Popsicle

A popsicle is a cool dish, rich with vitamins (mainly vitamins A and C) and contains minerals and dietary fibers.

6-8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 cups watermelon cubes

Preparation

  1. Grind 2 kiwis and 2 watermelon cups in a blender.
  2. Fill popsicle molds halfway with kiwi puree.
  3. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Fill the other half with watermelon puree.
  5. Stick a popsicle stick in the center of each mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
